Different colours made of tears..Yep the subject matter is just a tad questionable, but it's gotta be one of my favourite songs. And I love the Siouxsie and the Banshees cover of it!
Just thought I'd give you a little update, considering most of my journal entries have felt like very long Twitter updates recently.
- In the Term 2 school concert (in about 4 weeks or so) I'm hopefully going to sing Whole Lotta Love, which could either go off with an incredible, powerful, rock-and-roll, sexed-up female version kind of BANG!!! and leave everyone gasping for breath, OR the audience will totally not understand it, I'll look like a random try-hard and they'll be sitting there scratching their heads. So I suppose you understand my apprehension - at school concerts, rock and roll usually compromises The Living End or Guns And Roses, and it's usually 'guy territory'.
Wouldn't you feel a little strange being a 15 y.o girl and getting up and singing to all these parents about how you wanna... mm you know. Way deep down inside. Every inch of my love. 
I'm scared. Also scared that it won't come together in time, cos we're starting all our exams and shiz in music this week.
- On the 19th I'm singing at a local restaurant - which I suppose is a 'gig' cos I'll be getting paid for it. I think I shall be singing for about an hour maybe, to backing music. If all goes well, and they want me back, I'll look around for an accompanyist.
- I just remembered today that I've gotta study for my exams this week D: Shit.
Anyone seen Seven Pounds? I nearly died
It was such a miserable movie, I don't think I'd recommend it to anyone. Yes it has good points, it has a good storyline and script and everything but I didn't really 'enjoy' it.. I really should compile a list of my favourite songs... I'm not really a playlist maker.
